Replacement pattern files are available. We will provide you with a replacement pattern for your kit, however, we require proof of kit ownership.

If you need a replacement pattern for your kit, please complete the form below. Once your form has been submitted and we have verified your information, we will send you an email containing your pattern as a printable PDF file. We do not provide printed pattern replacements.
