Our shipping facility is located in the U.S. 
Standard shipping timeframes from when the order is placed to addresses located in the contiguous U.S. is as follows:

  • Kits and Tools – 5-10 business days, depending on proximity to our facility.
  • Replacement Floss & Yarn – 10-14 business days, depending on proximity to our facility.

Our facility will be closed in observance of U.S. national holidays, which may delay order processing. Dimensions is not responsible for order delays due to carriers or inclement weather.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories, and countries outside the U.S. at this time.

If I place my order today, when will it arrive?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 48 hours of order placement, Monday through Friday.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories. 

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to customers residing in countries outside the U.S.

APO and FPO Addresses

We use USPS to ship orders to U.S. military addresses. Enter the recipient's full name and address as usual and as State, select: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific. For deliveries to Africa, select Armed Forces Europe.

Military addresses use the domestic U.S. shipping rates described above.
